Our service is delivered throughout the year by scheduled visits that are  designed to deal with seasonal/maintenance issues as required. After performing a thorough home maintenance assessment, a customized maintenance plan will be designed for your home. Your home’s maintenance plan will be delivered by our well-trained technicians. We will continuously maintain your home by delivering preventive maintenance services, proactively identifying and dealing with problems, creating repair plans, and providing referrals to pre-screened professional contractors as required for larger repairs.

COMPLETE SERVICE LIST

1. Test CO2 Detectors (change batteries)
2. est Smoke Alarms (change batteries)
3. Investigate and tag main shut off valves for plumbing
4. Investigate main shut off for gas
5. Ensure electrical panel is labelled correctly and breakers tested
6. Ensure outside electrical service is secure
7. Check Electrical Panel for proper fuse sizes
8. Examine exterior outlets are equipped with weather tight covers
9. Examine and record furnace filter size (clean and change as required)
10. Open humidifier duct at start of winter
11. Inspect hot water tank for leaks and signs of age
12. Clean surrounding area of furnace and hot water tank
13. Open all exterior hose taps in late spring
14. Clean area around air conditioner for venting
15. Uncover AC unit in Spring
16. Check and clean exterior vents and louvers
17. Pour Water in basement drains to prevent methane gas odour
18. Check and test sump pump operation
19. Adjust self closing doors
20. Check and clean dehumidifier
21. Test pressure relief valve on hot water tank
22. Clean surrounding area of furnace and hot water tank
23. Inspect all under plumbing fixtures for water leaks
24. Test reset button on all GFCI receptacles
25. Check condition of caulking around windows and doors
26. Inspect windows for broken seals and examine all window hardware and lubricate
27. Check caulking around sinks and showers
28. Check that all drains run freely
29. Pour Water in basement drains to prevent methane gas odour
30. Run plumbing fixture to prevent ceasing
31. Clean bathroom fan grills
32. Empty Central Vac canister
33. Close humidifier duct at Mid spring
34. Clean surrounding area of furnace and hot water tank
35. Inspect and clean HRV units
36. Shut off all exterior hose taps in late fall
37. Disconnect and store outside hoses late fall
38. Check and Lubricate garage door rails
39. Test auto reverse on the garage door
40. Cover AC unit in winter
